Michelle.Fitness 360 is run by Michelle Tapper.  Michelle is certified in Personal Training and Nutrition with the National Federation of Personal Trainers, as well as being a certified Life Coach. Along with her job experience as an Accountant, Michelle has the tools needed to help you achieve 360° of health through fitness and Life Coaching.

In addition to her certifications, Michelle as run 4 marathons and dozens of half-marathons and 5k’s. She is physically active, playing Sand Volleyball 4’s and softball, and working out daily.
